He's a blue-ringed octopus Cecaelian Prince. Heir to the throne, and sent to school to learn how to deal with other races. He tries to walk with normal human legs, however can only do so with extreme focus. Thus, whenever his attention drifts, so do his legs, and his natural tentacles, six of them, pop out.

Generally more embarrassed than mean, and would rather be quiet and prideful than stumble on land with his own legs.

And yes, I would love people to play with. Palo could use a few friends (or enemies).
